Rather than booking one-off services, members receive scheduled care at a discounted rate with priority booking included, ensuring your vehicle is always in the hands of someone who knows it. Every plan includes priority booking and discounted rates. All memberships are flexible with no long term commitment required. Cancel anytime.

  • Billing is simple and flexible. Maintain members are charged monthly, Preserve members are charged quarterly, and Protect members are charged per visit bi-annually. All billing is processed securely through Square. You will receive an invoice prior to each scheduled service.

  • Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time. Simply reach out directly and we will adjust your plan accordingly before your next billing cycle.

  • Life happens. Members receive priority scheduling which means we will always work around your schedule to find the best available time. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for any reschedules.

  • None whatsoever. All Harper's Coating & Protection membership plans are completely flexible with no contracts or long term commitments required. Cancel anytime with no penalty.

  • All personal or company vehicles qualify for membership including sedans, coupes, SUVs, trucks, and convertibles.
